Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Department operations, including operating and capital budgeting.
  • Leading culture implementation within their department.
  • Contributing to company strategy and culture development as a member of the senior leadership team.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers to drive product placement, visibility, and market penetration.
  • Drive the development and execution of sales presentations, pitches, and proposals and team execution of strategies and tactics, to secure new accounts and expand sales within existing ones.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with product launches, promotional activities, and inventory management.


JOB SPECIFICATION

  • History of setting high goals, and working to build and coach your team to achieve those goals together.
  • Have sold to multiple sales channels (e.g., modern market; convenience/mini market; local grocery) in Indonesia with a strong record of success. Focus on experience selling to major minimarket retailers.
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels, with a network of existing industry contacts.
